Order & Returns Related
We usually ship within 3 to 5 business days from the date of order. This excludes transit time from the logistics partner.
We try our best to pack our products carefully so that they are protected during the shipping process, however, once they leave our facility, it is hard to know how carefully they are handled. If you have received a product that arrived damaged or broken, please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org with your product and invoice details so that we can remedy the situation.
Due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, we do not accept returns at the risk of infections. Returns under the following circumstances will not be accepted:
Free products sent with the order
- Orders without original packaging, price tags, labels,etc
- Used or altered products
- Items bought on discount/sale
- Food items – all Edibles
- If return request is made after 2 days of delivery
We offer both prepaid and COD for payment. However, we highly recommend the prepaid option since it is the fastest. We accept all UPI payments such as Google Pay, Paytm, PhonePe. No EMI option is available.
There are several reasons why this could have happened. It could be either from your bank or from the payment gateway. We request you to write to us with your transaction details, order details and any other details you might have at email@example.com. We will need 6-7 business days to investigate the transaction depending on your bank.
We only accept changes in orders that are at the ‘processing’ stage. You can whatsapp us at +91-9888861199((9 AM – 6 PM, Mon-Fri). We do not accept changes in payment options once the order has been shipped.
