Atta is one of the types of flour that we prominently use as an ingredient in India. It is made out of whole wheat kernel that is ground into a very fine powder. This atta can be used to make chapati, puri, phulka, tandoori roti, and north Indian parotta.
Although made from wheat as well, maida or white flour is not as healthy as atta is.
